Chamber of Echoes‘ Second Release
Originally Released: 2011
The story of Asylum is about total loss of mental stability to where the person doesn’t know whether or not to believe or trust their own thoughts. They are also confused as to how this mental loss is happening so fast, rust collecting on their mental walls, shutting out any kind of light (stability), thus making their mind even more fragile. They face an internal mental suffering and decay from which they feel they have no escape, and seek refuge in a state of asylum. The sickness they face causes too much anguish, hate, and resentment and denial to the point where they choke on their own words ultimately cutting off their own voice.
When they lose themselves in the shadows, they yearn for a glimmer of salvation to rescue them from their disease and harvest their last moments of stability, where in the very last moment of hope they make a full recovery.

“The Asylum EP is indicative of all that Chamber of Echoes has to offer: excellently produced layers of rocking industrial and dark emotions that will surely enable Klaryssa Korolenkov and company to ascend to the top of the underground.” -Ilker Yucell, ReGen Magazine
